Harry Goode

Harry Goode was born in the village of Pembury, Kent, during the Second World War. Most of his childhood was spent in Sussex at the foot of the Downs. He was educated at Bexhill Grammar School and St Peter's College, Oxford. He is retired from a working life in adult education and has lived for the last 20 years in Cambridge.
Harry wrote this series of poems over the space of twenty years.

Pilgrimages. Observations of nature have been the inspiration of many of the poems. A few recall experiences from childhood. Some take up more philosophical themes.
